Support for Java™ products is included in your operating system support contract.   Support contracts may be ordered via your local HPE sales office.   To find the authorized support providers nearest you, check HPE's support page.

To file a defect report, please contact the HPE response center.   Your local HPE sales office can provide you with the appropriate contact information. The Response Center phone contact in the United States is 1-800-633-3600.

When reporting a defect, include a reproducible code example, a description of the problem, and the product name and product number.   Also include the version string returned when you enter:

java -version

and the version string returned when you enter:

uname -a
