Overview

The Gen10 Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) is available for customers to download by logging into your HPE Passport profile via the HPE Support Center (HPESC).

INSTRUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD GEN10 SERVICE PACK FOR PROLIANT:

  • Log into the HPE Support Center with your HPE Passport account to download the Service Pack for ProLiant.  An active warranty or HP support agreement is no longer required. 
  • Access “Gen10 Service Pack for ProLiant” from the HPE Support Center and click “Obtain Software”.
